Thank you for visiting and shopping at Felix Z Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS or UPS unless you have your own specific account with a different company

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or

delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped

containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping: Customs, Duties and Taxes

We shipped international by UPS or DHL. Shipping Fee is calculated depending on the service and country of destination.

Felix Z Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns & Exchanges

We’ll gladly accept unworn,or defective merchandise purchased on Felixz.com within 15 days of the date is received and we'll happy to arrange an exchange, credit or a refund. Please notify us by email or phone about the return and we will provide you a form and RA# for the return package so that we can properly track and credit your account.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items for return. These includes:

  • Items that are damaged by force or accident
  • Items which have been in the customer's possession for more than 15 days from the date the item was received. (Unless it's a new item proven to be a factory defective item)
