Do you offer packaging options?

  • Yes, Upon request with your order, we can provide earring hand tags or necklace cards with our company logo.   

 

I just placed an order – will I get a confirmation from you?

  • Yes! After submitting an order shipping within the United States, you should be taken to a page that provides an order confirmation number. Within a few moments, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

 

I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that?

  • Because We process orders so quickly, we are typically unable to make changes to the shipping address. Please contact Customer Service (wholesale@felixz.com) as soon as you can if you need to change your shipping address. 

 

I just placed an order. How will it be shipped to me?

  • All domestic orders and returns are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS. Your prefer shipping method can be selected during check out. 

 

Is my package insured?

  • We highly recommend adding insurance when selecting your shipping preference. We are not responsible for lost packages if you not insure them properly.  

 

 Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do 

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We’ll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on www.wholesale.Felixz.com within 15 days of the date is received and we'll be happy to arrange an exchange, credit or a refund. Just fill out the form to contact us and we'll be happy to promptly respond with a solution. 

We will ONLY accept returns on items in new condition unless they are factory defective items.
